    85 km north from Norden at the german North Sea coast. Capacity per unit
    >/= 3 MW.

    evaluating if requirements are met: III 2.3.1. a.) Project reference list
    of the supply, erection, installation and commissioning of Wind Turbines
    designed for offshore conditions.

    4. Year of operations start-up,

    to ISO EN 9001 ff in place.
    III 2.3.3. Proof of having the resources and facilities to deliver at
    least 80 turbines in 2013/2014/2015 and to perform the specified work.
