towers, fulfillment of BSH standards and grid compliance).
A service contract for the wind turbines has to be included.

85 km north from Norden at the german North Sea coast. Capacity per unit
>/= 3 MW.

of the supply, erection, installation and commissioning of Wind Turbines
designed for offshore conditions.

III 2.3.2. Certification of having a quality assurance system comparable
to ISO EN 9001 ff in place.
III 2.3.3. Proof of having the resources and facilities to deliver at
least 80 turbines in 2013/2014/2015 and to perform the specified work.
